Getting an appointment was easy, dropped the car off, got a text an hour or two later saying it was good to go. Was able to pay online and got my service reports, everything went great! If I needed help or further information I knew Shannon was available too.

The cubby hole/compartment left of the steering column on my dash had a broken latch and oil residue inside it. It now hangs open, and I cannot close it. Not happy.

I brought my vehicle in for a couple issues noticed on the vehicle inspection when I had an oil change previously to when I could finally afford the repair. Working with the parts tech and shop manager to an itemized billing quote gave me an idea of the cost of needed work to be done, They were both easy to communicate with the ease of understanding my options. I was very pleased with the work done on vehicle by the mechanic tech and the questions I had for him when I came to pick my vehicle up. My experience was great from start to finish by all members of Neighbours Chevrolet.

If only the dealer I bought my truck at were to offer that type of scheduling flexibility! Bravo. Responsive to my voicemail, flexible to get me in, good communication mid-appointments.
