The waiting area is comfortable, with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi, making the time pass quickly. My car was returned in perfect condition. Fast, honest, and hassle-free. I highly recommend them.

Getting an appointment was easy, dropped the car off, got a text an hour or two later saying it was good to go. Was able to pay online and got my service reports, everything went great! If I needed help or further information I knew Shannon was available too.

I was stranded and Shannon was able to get my truck in right away. His common sense approach to the situation was appreciated, I felt valued and not like just dollar signs walking into the door. He was able to find a part quickly, even though we initially thought the part needed to be overnighted. The parts and service crew stepped up and got me going that day.

The cubby hole/compartment left of the steering column on my dash had a broken latch and oil residue inside it. It now hangs open, and I cannot close it. Not happy.

Came in with a malfunctioning tire pressure monitor and they fixed it promptly by changing it out with a new one. Very pleased with Neighbors Chevrolet service department.
