I called Neighbors Chevrolet on a Monday for an oil change, and they offered me available appointments on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday of that week. If only the dealer I bought my truck at were to offer that type of scheduling flexibility! Bravo. Responsive to my voicemail, flexible to get me in, good communication mid-appointments. Loved my experience.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my truck is still leaking oil. The same problem that I first reported almost a year ago and has been to your shop for on 3 separate occasions.

I brought my vehicle in for a couple issues noticed on the vehicle inspection when I had an oil change previously to when I could finally afford the repair. Working with the parts tech and shop manager to an itemized billing quote gave me an idea of the cost of needed work to be done, They were both easy to communicate with the ease of understanding my options. I was very pleased with the work done on vehicle by the mechanic tech and the questions I had for him when I came to pick my vehicle up. My experience was great from start to finish by all members of Neighbours Chevrolet.

Great service and fast. I scheduled my appointment and my truck was done sooner than expected. The vehicle was returned to me clean, and I was told what they found or in this case did not find which was a good report and explanation of service.
